2. What personal information we collect

Through our website quote request form, we may collect:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Service address (street, suburb, postcode)
• Property details (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area)
• Details about the cleaning service you are requesting
• Any access notes or other information you choose to share

We also collect technical information automatically when you browse our website:

• Pages visited and time of visit

This technical information is collected via Google Analytics.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit a quote request on our website, ring us, or email us.

Technical browsing data is collected automatically via Google Analytics, but only if you have granted cookie consent when prompted on your first visit.

4. Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

• Respond to your quote request
• Provide a tailored cleaning quote
• Schedule and carry out cleaning services
• Follow up on jobs we have completed

Analytics data is used solely to understand how the website is used and to improve it. It is not used to identify you personally.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Google— for website analytics, subject to your cookie consent
• Resend— our email delivery service, used to send quote request notifications to Spotless. Your contact details are included in those notifications.

We do not store your information in any database. Quote requests are emailed to us and retained only in our email inbox.

6. How we store and protect it

Quote requests are emailed directly to our business email address and stored in that inbox. Email is delivered and stored using industry-standard encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorised Spotless personnel only.

7. How long we keep it

Quote and contact records are retained for 24 months from the date of collection, or until the matter they relate to is resolved, whichever is later.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

8. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles

Under the APPs, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Request deletion of your personal information

9. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data about how visitors use our website. This is only activated if you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit.
